Morgan Hill, CA

The Morgan Hill Transit Center was developed by the City of Morgan Hill Redevelopment Agency as part of the Cal-Train Park and Ride Facility. The Transit Center is located on the site of the original depot. Merging the styles of the Previous historic depot and prevalent historic styles within the downtown area, the design emphasizes the history of Morgan Hill while using contemporary, vandal and graffiti resistant materials.

The ADA compliant building is 1,200 s.f. of covered space which includes a snack bar, accessible restrooms, transit information, clock tower and public seating.

The landscape design was created for durability, low maintenance and drought resistance. The 1/3 acre site provides pedestrian access from the downtown area, ample parking for automobiles, motorcycles and bike storage.
